Savory Breakfast – Pudla



I have always been a savory breakfast person.  But as a plant-based eater, there aren’t a lot of options if you want something that’s soy free and protein-rich.

I recently discovered this recipe on this blog and I’ve made it twice this week.  I’ve made socca before.  This is a little different as it’s more like pancake batter vs. flatbread.

If you’re a savory breakfast person like me – I’d encourage you to try it!  (Especially if you love chickpeas)…And let me know what you think…
